An El Paso County sheriff’s deputy is recovering after an SUV struck the side of his patrol car as he was finishing a traffic stop on another driver. The Colorado State Patrol says David Yarbrough was off the road in his car and was completing paperwork Monday afternoon when the SUV hit the driver’s side of his car.
